How do I know what my final price might be?

We have different rates depending on:

How early do I need to book a photo booth before my event date?

We recommend you reserve a photo booth as early as you can since our availability fills up fast. A small non-refundable deposit is required to hold the photo booth for your event. We accept cash, cheque, major credit cards and email money transfers.

Can we have a special message on our photos?

Absolutely! Our in-house graphic design team will create a custom template with your name, date, company logo, images, or anything else you would like.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards and e-transfers. Deposits are required to secure your reservation.

How portable is your photo booth?

Our photo booth is very heavy. It is portable but doesn't like stairs. It fits in any elevator, it can be indoors or outdoors, you can even take photos on the beach, however, it does require an electrical outlet for power.

What kind of printer do you use?

We use the latest digital printing technology – professional dye-sublimation printers. These printers produce photo lab quality digital prints ready in seconds. Printed photos will not fade, smudge, or smear.

Location and placement

To give your guests the best experience we'd ideally like a 20x20' or bigger area to operate in. 10x10 area is also ok so please check with your venue so you can direct us where to go on arrival.

Setup times?

We need 1 hr to setup and is excluded from the actual photo booth run time.
E.g. if we are scheduled to run between 7-10pm, we will need to setup at 6pm. If your guests are already there or it's in the middle of dinner and you don't want interruptions, we need to set up earlier. We setup early. Leave and come back at the start time. Please let us know if you need early setup.

What is included in the photo booth rental?

Your photo booth rental is all-inclusive that you specify at the time of your booking. Every photo booth will include (depending on your package):

  • Unlimited use of the photo booth during rental period
  • Instant digital photos printed on-site - colour or black & white (pending package)
  • Custom and personalized photo strip design - can include any text, colours, company logo, images, in any design style (pending package)
  • Choice of many different fun backdrops (pending package)
  • Delivery, set up, and take down of photo booth - outside of the rental time
  • Large selection of props - to enhance the fun and excitement
  • All high-resolution digital pictures will be provided after the event (pending package)
  • VIP add-ons

What are the VIP add-ons?

Most people want a little extra "bling" where we add higher quality props, more printing, red carpet, gold stanchions, more & funnier signs (super funny).

I do not see a package that fits my event, can I customize a package?

Yes. We can customize an entire package that will meet your needs in any way we can. Contact us today for more information.

Will there be someone there to operate the photo booth?

Yes, we will have a fully trained photo booth specialist at your event to make sure your guest have loads of fun! And hassle free of course.

How far will you travel?

We are based in Campbell River and up and down the island to bring a portable photo booth to your special event. Additional travel charges may apply.

Why would I need a photo booth if I already hired a photographer?

Photographers do a remarkable job capturing the memories of your special day. However, most photographers do not offer packages that lend themselves for the entire duration of your event.

Can the photo booth be set up outdoors?

Yes. Our go anywhere photo booth can be used on a dock, a beach, or at any outdoor event provided there is a power outlet. Weather may also determine the outdoor usage.

What is the best location for the photo booth?

The best location for the photo booth is in a high traffic area and away from the dance floor. This will guarantee our photo booth attracts the most attention and delivers the most fun and entertainment at your event.

How many people can fit in the picture?

As many as you can squeeze in front of the camera! Group shots are great and easy! It’s also wheel chair friendly.

What size are the photos?

We can produce two printed formats; two identical 2x6 photo strips or a single 4x6 print.
